Point Group ("Point Group," "we," "us," or "our") operates the pt.Track SMS account verification program described below. These terms apply exclusively to SMS messages sent as part of this program.
Program description
pt.Track sends one-time passcodes (OTPs) and related account security messages to users who request them, including messages for account activation, password reset requests, and verification code resends. Messages are sent only when a user initiates one of these actions within the pt.Track application or website. This program is transactional only; it is not used for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to pt.Track and initiating an action that requires identity verification (such as account registration or a password reset), you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Point Group containing verification codes related to that specific request. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and is limited to the specific verification event you initiate (for example, one message per registration attempt or password reset request).
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out
