Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which POINT PRINT ADVERTISING REQUISITES TRADING L.L.C / بوينت برنت لتجارة الوسائل والدوات العلنية ش.ذ.م.م (“we”, “our”, the “Company”) collects, uses, stores, processes, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application “pt.Track”, website, or any operational platform we provide. This includes all personal data you provide directly, through your employer or supplier company, or via third-party partners.

PURPOSE, METHOD AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND USE

1. User Registration & Supplier Leads

Supplier leads may add their own users (such as drivers or delivery agents) to perform proof of deliveries on behalf of their supplier company. These users will be invited to register on the app using an email address and/or mobile number.

2. OTP Verification

Users added to the system must verify their login credentials by means of a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered email or mobile number. This ensures secure authentication.

3. Location Services

For operational effectiveness, all transactions on our app require the user’s location services to be switched on. This allows us to process and record the geo-location of each delivery or transaction as part of our proof of delivery process.

4. Electronic Proof of Delivery & Signatures

When receiving goods, customers will be required to enter their name and provide an electronic signature directly in the app. This signature will be linked to an electronic proof of delivery document, which will be securely processed and sent to pt.Drive against the relevant supplier’s purchase order, marking the order as delivered.

THIRD PARTY PROCESSING

We may engage third-party providers to facilitate parts of these services. Such providers are contractually bound to adhere to this Privacy Policy and any applicable laws for the protection of your personal data.

YOUR RIGHTS & DATA SUBJECT REQUESTS

You have the right to:

Withdraw your consent to processing where consent is the legal basis.
Request deletion, correction, or a copy of your personal data.
Deregister your user account through the app. Account deregistration requests will take effect within a reasonable timeframe without any unnecessary obstacles.
